Our Cars are made from 6061 Aluminum (1/16" sides) & 6063 Aluminum (1/8" frame)
We lightly sand the aluminum sides, paint and apply a clear coat over the paint.*
2x 3/8" x 2" Coupler bolts w/ lock nuts included (installed upside down so you can easily insert coupler).
2x 7/16" x 3" Multi Depth Clevis Pins with clips included!
Locknuts used on frame, 4x side steps, and 2x safety chain eye bolts. (safety chain not included)
PineBoard wooden floor (WaterGuard Sealed) with 1/8" Luan subfloor glued.
10x Aluminum stake pockets (stakes not included) *Pocket size 1/2" x .3"
We can also paint the trim (black, selected color, or un-painted aluminum).
