Our Cars are made from 6061 Aluminum (1/16" sides) & 6063 Aluminum (1/8" frame) We lightly sand the aluminum sides, paint and apply a clear coat over the paint.* 2x 3/8" x 2" Coupler bolts w/ lock nuts included (installed upside down so you can easily insert coupler). 2x 7/16" x 3" Multi Depth Clevis Pins with clips included! Locknuts used on frame, and 2x safety chain eye bolts. (safety chain not included) PineBoard wooden floor (WaterGuard Sealed) with 1/8" Luan subfloor glued. Break Wheel + Roof Ladder details. Plexi-glass windows. *No functioning doors, black outline only. Removable roof. Caboose side steps x4. Mini angled hand grabs x4. No smoke stack detail. We can also paint the trim (black, selected color, or un-painted aluminum). *White & Black stripes on base of car are decal overlays.
